Photon is intended for personal, educational and inspirational use. You may browse, search and view images, follow links to original photo pages on Unsplash, and share links to Photon pages. You agree not to misuse the site by attempting to disrupt its operation, probe security, or access data that does not belong to you.
Photon does not claim ownership over the photographs displayed in the gallery. Most images are sourced from the Unsplash API and remain the property of their respective photographers and rights holders. Any use of these images outside Photon must follow the Unsplash license and the photographer’s requirements.
The layout, interface, written copy, and custom assets on Photon are owned by the project maintainers and are protected by applicable copyright and design laws.

Photon is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or that any particular image or feature will remain available.

We may update or modify Photon at any time, including adding or removing features, changing how galleries are organized, or updating design and copy. We may also temporarily or permanently suspend access to the site for maintenance, security or other reasons.
We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use Photon after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
